Office of Graduate Student Life, Boston College
  • Conducted program assessment of three signature programs: The Graduate Mentor Program, The "On Second Thought" Series, and The GPS Graduate Student Retreat; used results to make recommendations to improve practices.
  • Contributed to the Office's Administrative Program Review (APR) through participation in SWOT analysis and authoring of the External Environment section of the APR Report, which included comparison review of OGSL and twenty peer institutions.
​Assessment included understanding mission and purpose of Office and program, defining learning outcomes, collecting and analyzing participant data, examining program content and structure, making recommendations, and communicating data via reports and visuals.

Seven Generations Ahead
  • ​Developed assessment tools for conducting baseline and final waste audits at five Chicago Public Schools (CPS). Communicated the purpose and impact of the CPS Zero Waste Schools pilot program via research poster.

Rogers Park Business Alliance
  • ​Created a logic model and surveys to measure the success of the Community Shares Project with respect to providing healthy food to families in the Rogers Park, IL community and supporting local farmers. Utilized this data to make recommendations to the Rogers Park Business Alliance for program maintenance and improvement.
