Leadership & Advising
The N.U.in Program, Northeastern University
Stationed at University College Dublin (UCD) - Dublin, Ireland

Supported the academic, social, and civic development of 130 first-year study abroad students in their transition from high school to college, and from home country to host country.
-
Planned and led four community programs per month, ranging from large-scale outings to cultural sites in Ireland, to local events in Dublin, and on-campus gatherings.

Created a local resource guide for students that included contact information for: emergency clinics, medical practitioners, family planning services, mental health services, sexual assault resources, LGBTQ+ community resources, and multicultural community resources in the area.
Office of Graduate Student Life, Boston College

Advised three graduate student fellows each year in the planning and execution of the monthly On Second Thought programming series and special population (i.e. part-time, veteran, parent, international, female-identifying) graduate student programming.
Office of Residential Life, Boston College

Co-supervised staff of 17 Resident Assistants (RA) and co-managed sophomore area community of 800 students.

Assisted with RA staff selection, placement, and development, summer and winter RA Training, and the staff evaluation process.

Created and advised the Vanderslice & 90 St. Thomas More Halls Social Justice Committee, consisting of four RAs and members of the residential community. Responsibilities included defining the mission, communication, and advising of monthly awareness campaigns and civic engagement opportunities in the greater Boston area.

Advised the monthly programmatic efforts of the Sustainability Living Learning Community.

Assisted with planning of Resident Director and Resident Assistant Fall Training to ensure that desired learning outcomes were met.

Mentored and engaged a living learning community of 70 first year students passionate about environmental sustainability. Responsibilities included coordinating and facilitating bi-monthly co-curricular programs related to sustainability, developing academic support programs that complemented the classroom calendar, and collaborating with administrative partners, faculty, and Residence Life staff to further the goals of the learning community.
