Training & Engagement Lead for national, industry-wide transformation programme

•  Designed and implemented a training approach for 3,500+ staff impacted by industry transformation.

•   Conducted a Training Needs Analysis and collaborated with technical experts and business owners to develop 30

    Role Based Training Plans, ensuring the right fit and delivery of required training needs.

•   Developed and led appropriate communication and engagement plan to support and embed change strategy as it

   related to training, including navigating the client environment for necessary reviews and approvals.

•   Managed delivery of 60+ readiness workshops. 

Irish Management Institute
  • End-to-end program management of 25+ custom executive education programs for private and public sector clients delivered in in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning environments. Responsible for program administration, delivery logistics, participant communications, faculty coordination, client liaising, and program evaluation. Programs spanned the Graduate to C-Suite level and ranged in duration from 4-24 months.

Office of Graduate Student Life, Boston College
  • Oversaw the Graduate Mentor Program in collaboration with two on-campus partners; responsible for orientation, communications, event planning, budgeting, and assessment.
  • Served as Retreat Director for the GPS Graduate Student Retreat; adapted & led 6-week Retreat Facilitator training, managed logistics, budget, communication, and assessment.
  • Co-managed the On Second Thought programming series, including advising, budgeting, and assessment.
  • Collaborated with the Graduate Student Association to plan and execute two major events: Grad Talks (managed logistics, speaker selection, "talk" preparation, marketing, and assessment) and the Grads Give Back annual day of service (managed volunteer recruitment & marketing, liaised with site organizations).
Horizon Educational
  • Project management of the 2016 Hydrogen Horizon Automotive Challenge (H2AC) including stakeholder communication and engagement, organization of project plan and timeline, data collection, and assessment.
Seven Generations Ahead
  • Supported the start-up, development and implementation of the Chicago Public Schools Commercial Composting Pilot program at five Chicago Public Schools; responsibilities included communicating effectively with partner organizations and schools, planning and conducting commercial composting trainings for student and teachers, conducting and developing assessment tools for waste audits, and graphic design work.
