Ernst & Young (EY)
  • Project-based role working with clients and EY team to deliver innovative, people-first solutions to complex business challenges. My portfolio includes learning and leadership development programme design and implementation, change management, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, operating model implementation, project management (PMO), business development, talent strategy, and communications.
Training & Engagement Lead for national, industry-wide transformation programme

•  Designed and delivered the health and safety training strategy for 3,500+ employees (field and office-based).

•  Collaborated with technical experts and business leads to develop 30 unique role-based training plans, including 

   training needs analysis, impact assessment, and training delivery strategy.

•  Developed and led communication and engagement plan to support and embed learning strategy, including

   navigating the client environment for necessary reviews and approvals.

•  Project management of training work stream and business readiness activities, including reporting, data

   management, and workshop facilitation with senior leadership.

•  Training records data validation and management, including data migration to new Learning Management System (LMS).

•  Managed delivery of 60+ business readiness workshops. 

People Consulting Learning and Capability Development Lead:
Internal +1 role in addition to client delivery

•  Collaborated with senior leadership to define annual learning and capability agenda for the EY People Consulting practice (160 colleagues) for

   fiscal years 2025 through 2027, including management of internally-delivered learning modules, budget, external certifications process and

   supplier relations.

•  ​Line management of six staff, including support to reach targets and performance feedback.

Business Development:

•  End-to-end project management of business proposals (e.g., responses to Requests for Tender (RFT), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), etc.), including managing Partner review cycles.

•  Business proposal content writing, pricing and team resourcing.

•  Designed content and led roll-out of 'Sales Mindset' training series aligned to People Consulting business development strategy; due to the impact of the training within People Consulting, the series was picked up by the central learning team and delivered across Consulting sub-service lines, including Business, Technology, and Risk Consulting.

Irish Management Institute
  • End-to-end program management of 25+ custom executive education programs for private and public sector clients delivered in in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning environments. Responsible for program administration, delivery logistics, participant communications, faculty coordination, client liaising, and program evaluation. Programs spanned the Graduate to C-Suite level and ranged in duration from 4-24 months.

Office of Graduate Student Life, Boston College
  • Oversaw the Graduate Mentor Program in collaboration with two on-campus partners; responsible for orientation, communications, event planning, budgeting, and assessment.
  • Served as Retreat Director for the GPS Graduate Student Retreat; adapted & led 6-week Retreat Facilitator training, managed logistics, budget, communication, and assessment.
  • Co-managed the On Second Thought programming series, including advising, budgeting, and assessment.
  • Collaborated with the Graduate Student Association to plan and execute two major events: Grad Talks (managed logistics, speaker selection, "talk" preparation, marketing, and assessment) and the Grads Give Back annual day of service (managed volunteer recruitment & marketing, liaised with site organizations).
Horizon Educational
  • Project management of the 2016 Hydrogen Horizon Automotive Challenge (H2AC) including stakeholder communication and engagement, organization of project plan and timeline, data collection, and assessment.
Seven Generations Ahead
  • Supported the start-up, development and implementation of the Chicago Public Schools Commercial Composting Pilot program at five Chicago Public Schools; responsibilities included communicating effectively with partner organizations and schools, planning and conducting commercial composting trainings for student and teachers, conducting and developing assessment tools for waste audits, and graphic design work.
